Mr. Paloka is Founding member of London and Carlyle Capital Management. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from its formation in 2020. Prior to founding London and Carlyle, Mr. Paloka was a managing director for a well-known hospitality group in Palm Beach, Florida for ten years. For several decades Mr. Paloka cut his teeth in the most challenging real estate market in the world, New York City, where he served as Chief executive for Metro Capital Partners.
Mr. Paloka received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master in Business Administration from Manhattan College.
He has made substantial charitable contributions, sponsorships and has participated in organizations where he feels a personal affiliation with. The Council on Foreign Relations, New York Public Library, Lincoln Center of New York, Robin Hood Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Doctors without Borders and St. Jude’s Medical Hospital.
